HELP! dropped my "Rockboxed" H120 & now says "battery low" :(

hi all

finally received my "Rockboxed" H120 last nite...  i had it on full charge & it was working perfectly... until i accidently knocked it off a low coffee table (1" high) onto tiles (leather case was still on it).  as soon as it dropped, it stopped playing and wouldn't turn on again.  when i plug in the charge, it comes on and says "battery low" then switches itself off. 

please help!!  did a battery connection just knock itself out due to the fall?  anybody with advice?  im soooo pi$$ed with myself... waited so long to get one, finally got one via ebay, finally received it.. but now am not able to use it

It's mostly likely that the battery connector may have been jarred loose. Get yourself a T6 Torx screwdriver and a small Phillips head screwdriver, and open the device. If the connector looks loose to you, just nudge it gently back into place and try powering up again.
