Help With Removal

First off, I have a 30 gig 5th gan, and I run Vista

But I put rockbox on, then I went to My Computer to see the files, and deleted the thing (keyboard has "enter" and "delete" too close together) but then I couldn't find the files, and my computer won't recognize my iPod for me to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Put it into disk mode, and then either reinstall or uninstall rockbox as discussed in the manual:
