IPOD 5 + 5.5 Problem when fast forwarding and then quickly changing track

I use Rockbox since over a year. Since that I have this known bug:

FS#8386 - Problem when fast forwarding and then quickly changing track.
in short
- seeking near end of a track often freezes
- fast skip or back often causes freeze
- annoying beep (keyclick hangs)

I can reproduce this on an ipod 5g (with new hdd -> 60 instead of 30)
AND I can reproduce this with my secounc ipod 5.5G 80GB.

I realy would like to see this really annoying bug fixed.
Isn't there anything I can do?

Mmmmh. Anyone? Did someone can reproduce this errors?
If not, is my hardware the problem?
