Mpeg Player Sync Issue
« on: October 29, 2008, 03:43:11 AM »
When i try to play an .mpg file with the MPEG viewer plugin the audio is badly out of sync with the video. If i limit fps and enable frame skip the video plays terribly. Is there anyway to fix this problem and make the video play at proper speed and audio sync?

Limit FPS and Frame Skip are both supposed to be on at all times for normal playback.

If it plays badly, your framerate is probably higher than your player is capable of managing.

Which player are you using? For example, the iPod video has poor video playback performance, as we're not making use of the Broadcom video chip inside of it.

You mean you've had the datasheet all along and you didn't tell us? Where did you find it?
