How to convert fonts size to any size ?

 please help me modify 13-Fixed font to other size font  for support other themes , i don't want to modify theme for support one font , it's not root case , thank you for support.


ps. i used rockbox font convertor for fine font for support thai in my windows XP  but not any font can replace 3-Fixed font.
