Cuesheet informations added in database, is it possible?

Hello all!
Is there a way or a patch that can makes the cuesheet informations added in the database?
Ex: I have a cuesheet for an ac3 file (a concert dvd rip), and I want the database to show the tracklist, so I can access to a specific song of the concert directly from the database.
I think it would make the cuesheet a lot more interesting. Currently, the only way to access to a specific song is to split the whole file in each song (but splitted ac3 doesn't work) so I have to transcode them in flac, and so, it takes a lot more of space.
So, is it possible?

cuesheets are "second rate citizens"... sure its possible to do what you want, but to the best of my knowlegde a patch to do this doesn't exist (... yet...)

if the file doesnt have an embedded cuesheet then you can do what you want, but not in the database
