Can't view most themes.

Only some themes change the scheme of the Now Playing windows (Some like Cabbiev2, Sector and such) but like 80% don't work, any reasons why?

If you provide the names of some of the themes that don't work with details of where you downloaded them, and details of which device you have, it would help.

You could also look here: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?board=24.0 (WPS and Appearance Customization) as the solution is almost certainly there.

I downloaded them through RoxboxUtility.

the whole BlackGlass and acotil themes don't work.

It is a know issue that the theme respository Rockbox Utility uses contains mostly broken themes.  This is being worked on.
Remove those and try the ones from the wiki gallery:

I don't understand how you could do this. The theme site is currently getting reworked, and during this time Rockbox Utility unfortunately can't install themes directly.

What GodEater is saying is true, if pedantic.  You (-Rockstar) apparently downloaded the themes on a "current build" previous to the 3.0 release (the first release for your player).

Besides, the theme download site isn't accessible for Rockbox Utility since quite a while even before 3.0 was released. So you must have installed those as long ago too (IIRC it's at least half a year now), and the themes breakage is a known thing. Just search the forums ...
