There wasn't enough overall interest in the store. It was up for quite some considerable time and it never even sold enough to trigger the first check being sent.

To be honest, you could spend less to make your own Rockbox shirt *and* drop a donation in the donation box.

How's the logo licensed, though?

If it's GPL'd along with the rest of the source, doesn't that mean anyone can just attach the logo to their own project?

Since the logo is in svn along with everything else, I'm pretty sure it's GPL'd as well.

do you know of any good and preferably portable freeware editors i can use to resize and convert that image? (portable because i don't have permissions to install stuff)

GIMP is more than capable of rendering SVG files, which is what you need unless you want to make one.
