Dvr-ms to the Rockbox MPEG-2 Format

Hello, I am wondering if there is any tool available that can convert Dvr-ms to MPEG-2. Currently I use WinFF to convert but it either dosen't work or the files audio is offset by alot to the video. Also I would like the functionality to just be able to plug it in and it does its thing automatically by which I mean either using the vista sync center or the all in one app.

Is the sound off when played back on your PC or only in Rockbox?  Also, what options do you have set in Mpegplayer?

The sound is off on both but not on the original file so it is the conversion not the player. Also if this is the right place for the post WinFF has stopped working for me, it converts the file into corruptness
