How would I edit rockbox so that while I am listening to songs, I got go to the menu and still be listneing (Like the sansa firmware) Thats one of the reasons I uninstalled it because you can't multi-task.

Your question is not exactly clear, but I am assuming that you are asking how to access the Main Menu while listening to music.  You can find the answer here:

Yes sorry. I was inbetween Facebook, Typing, and playing an Exteel Match. Was rushed.
I mean being able to listen Music/Radio and stuff while browsing menu's and settings and all.

The very first paragraph.  Specifically, the third sentence, which explains how to access the Main Menu.

I know how to get to the menu, if its the first Paragraph explaining how. My question is how to Listen to music, while at the main menu.

1.  Play music.

2.  While the music is playing, enter the Main Menu as described in the section of the manual that I linked you to.

It really is no more difficult than that.

There is no distinct menu button, only the sub-menu key, so you will not be able to do this.

If you are curious about the keys on the Sansa, consider reading the manual, as it lists all the keys.
