Hello people.
Ok. So I have a 30GB classic ipod.
A few months ago i installed Rockbox 2.0
Only to play doom really. I soon got bored and deleted it from my Ipod.
ANYWAY
Im listening to my ipod on my new docking station yesterday and it goes off.
the apple logo started up then THIS SCREEN appeared and i cant get it off!!! (below)
Pc wont recognise it now....please tell me i dont have to format 4000 songs (most are backed up but....agghhh)
Plllllleaaaassseee HELP ME!

Hold MENU+SELECT to reboot
then SELECT+PLAY for disk mode----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Follow the instructions it's giving you at the bottom of the screen to get it into disk mode, and then uninstall the bootloader, since you failed to do this before. Once that's done you can reset and you'll be back into Apple's OS.
No need to format anything, no loss of songs involved.

thanks. but ive done that, the pc recognises it but, i dont know how to uninstall it? theres nothing in the system files to delete
