Database and voiced menus and tracks

Rockbox is great! :D Voiced menus are great, but...
the database will only spell or number the selections... ???
For me, the jungle of files in the file system, especially when you have an expansion memory card, are cumbersome to navigate. The database seems to be the best option, however, all I can get is either a number or spelled choices. :-\
Is there a way to get the database to be spoken - not spelled or numbered?
I know that the database is highly customizable, but it seems that it should be an option to make files to activate voiced menus even for the database...
Am I missing something?
MarcGuay:
Rockbox doesn't have it's own voice engine so you need to build the voice files yourself. Here's a link to some info:

Chronon:
That wiki article only mentions voicing for directories and filenames, not Database lists.
MarcGuay:
Indeed, you are correct, sir. A little searching concludes that the database cannot be voiced.

You mean as in is not implemented, or as in impossible?
I couldn't find it in my previous searches, but has anyone filed a bug or feature request for this? (Am I the only one that feels this to be an issue?)
