Can't play any file ! Undefined Instruction at xxxxxxxx

I need help, I have tried about 10 different build of rockbox on my Ipod 3D and every time I have this message when I try to play an MP3 :

    
Undefined Instruction at xxxxxxxx

And it freeze...

What can I do to make it work ?

"Ipod 3D" = Third gen?  30GB?
What model do you have?
Have you tried removing your entire .rockbox directory and reinstalling a current build?

I have completly uninstalled everything and reinstaled it, and still have the same problem...

There is no 40GB 3G.  Do you have a 4G?  Maybe you should google and figure out what model of Ipod you have.

Yes, including the bootloader

I use the install utility to install it.

First time I tried it was 9 month ago


does the version of the Ipod software can be an issue or is it completly independent ?

Should I format the HD ?

What file system should I use ?

There is no 40GB 3G.  Do you have a 4G?  Maybe you should google and figure out what model of Ipod you have.

But rockbox install utility dectect its as a 3g, and its does not work when I try to install as a 2g or 4g...

What did you use to reinstall the bootloader? If you used the same version of iPodPatcher you did the first time, it won't change anything.

I use the rockbox install utility to uninstall the bootloader and reinstalling it. (remove boolader an install bootloader button)

Am I doing it right ?

How do you suggest I proceed to do that ? Do you have a walkthrough  or something like that ?
