Using other languages
« on: October 04, 2008, 09:42:35 PM »
I just installed rockbox and loaded some music on it, but music with languages other than english have weird box in them.  Also when i change my language settings my entire menu becomes blocks. I did download the fontpack but it doesnt do anything.
Do I have to active the fonts or something?

You probably need to change the codepage to UTF-8 (Settings -> General Settings -> Display -> Default Codepage -> UTF-8) and make sure you're using a font with the characters you need (like 14-Rockbox-Mix).

Settings -> Theme Settings -> Browse Fonts, then pick any font you want that will fit the theme you're using.
