Can't load rockbox.ipod

when i try to start up rockbox i get a message saying "Error! Can't load rockbox.ipod:file not found" working on a mac. I have a 30g video ipod. I ran the Complete Instillation under the quick start menu and the Instal Rockbox under instillation tab it said everything completed successfully but I keep getting message no matter what i do.

Where is the rockbox.ipod file located (i.e. what path)?

What OS are you using? Try putting the Ipod into disc mode and reinstall Rockbox from the Installation tab, not the quickstart.
