Iriver H120 and the Rockbox Utility

Hi Gang:

For some reason, I am not able to use any of the functions of the Rockbox utility program on my H120.  I can, however, use the Voicebox plus program with no problem.  Is there a firmware version which I must have in order to use the Rockbox utility program?  I tried to use the program with my player on several computers but with no luck.

Your help would be appreciated all over the place.

Rockbox Utility does not run on your player. Also, I don't believe that you can't use "any of the functions" -- please be more specific. What exactly isn't running? What have you tried? What version of Rockbox Utility are you using, and on what OS?
