1) The logo you've used does not have an associated license, so it's all rights reserved until someone finally manages to get in contact with the author.

2) Rockbox doesn't support custom splash screens as part of the WPS and Themeing, so this doesn't really belong in the official forums.

Huh? Isn't this counted as modifying the source? Shouldn't this be allowed in the Unsupported Builds subforum?

Seems like a waste to make a build just for a splash screen.  Surely there should be some place where people could just contribute a splash screen?  Perhaps a wiki page similar to IconSets?
