Album Art auto resize in Rockbox 3.0

I usually apply the bmp resize patch to Rockbox so that it resizes album art to fit the theme I'm using.

Does anyone know if the new release - Rockbox 3.0 - can resize bmp for album art?

Does it?

Rockbox 3.0 doesn't include the album art resize patch.
