    I have the Rockbox Utility Installation and the selected device is correct, but everytime I hit install it always says Extracting Failed: zlib library error..  Anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix this?

This can be caused by lack of free space on your device.  It isn't that is it?

That's probably it, right now I have room for aobut 4 songs, do you know how much free space I need? I'd like to keep my music but it's alright I guess

Chronon:
The firmware takes the better part of 10 MB -- plus you'll probably want the font pack and some themes.  I'd make sure I had at least 15-20 MB of space.
