request to increase MAX_PLAYLISTS value

I've spent the past few days figuring out why rockbox crashes when I add new playlists.  Turns out I'm exceeding the value of MAX_PLAYLISTS (400) as defined in playlist_catalog.c.

If it's not too much trouble would a kind developer please bump this value to, oh, say 800?  Or even better, make it configurable in the .cfg settings file.

OK nevermind, I downloaded the project, changed the value from 400 to 512, rebuilt rockbox, reinstalled it and the fix works.    -f
