Ipod photo won't charge

First of all, my apologies. I jumped the gun. I broke the cardinal rule of forums: I did not bother to research my problem at all before I posted. Had I taken five minutes I would have discovered other posts regarding this issue where the other posters were told the same thing that you told us, GodEater.
With that being said I tried the restart method you mentioned and it worked. Now I just need to figure out how to display album art and load different themes. To the forums! Thanks again.

My 5G video iPod occasionally does this. A few days ago I saw the low battery symbol flash very briefly on the screen when it happened. There was no reason for it to appear as the battery wasn't low, the iPod wasn't cold and I've used it for quite a while since then without charging it. I wonder if this bug in general has to do with a false low battery detection causing a shutdown.

Woohoo. Menu and Select worked. Before i guess i was using menu and play. Its back on now and everything is working ok, thanks alot guys sorry about that.
