Disappearing Music Folder

I have a Sansa e280.  I have installed v3 without any trouble.  But whenever plug the unit in to recharge and after disconnecting and restarting, the MUSIC folder is not visible under the files menu.  When I plug it back in and look via the computer file browser, the music folder is there.   Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix it?

The original firmware hides the MUSIC folder. Either put your music in a different folder, or set Rockbox to show hidden files.
