Help i have a 5th gen video ipod i have loading rockbox error! cant load rockbox.opod file not found hold menu + select to reboot then select+play for disk mode

now pc is not picking up the ipod at all for me to fix the problem i loaded the file

pc help i cant turn the ipod off at all
