How do I get random shuffle over ALL albums?

And leave it that way forever.

karashata:
Set shuffle on, repeat mode to shuffle, make sure your database is initialized and updated, go to Artists, then <All Tracks>, pick any track, and sit back and enjoy it.

I've been listening to my music that way since I've gotten bored trying to decide what I want to listen to...

Llorean:
Or you can create a playlist from the root folder (or insert a Music folder if you have all your music under a tree that starts with one folder) if you don't wish to use the database...

rickrich:
So I select the song.   Then I power down 30 minutes later.  Then I power up.  And no song is playing.

How do I go into play song and leave it way forever (power up,down).
