If it's in that mode then you should be able to drag and drop files to any location on the Sansa.  These should be viewable from Rockbox's file browser unless you put them into a hidden folder (in which case you would need to set the View Files setting to "All").

If you're set to view "All" files and they don't appear in the file browser in the location that you put them then there may be an issue with the file system on your Sansa.  Does it look like writing to the Sansa was successful from your computer?

Ya, I usually use WMP (Windows Media Player) and I tell it to sync and it goes through that proses then says sync completed, but still doesn't show up. I have also tried doing it manually but still wont work.

If you use Windows Media Player and "sync" your music, your player has to be in MTP mode, or "Plays For Sure" I think it's called on the e200R. Music copied over in this mode will not be found by the Rockbox database (and is very very hidden if you want to find it in the file browser).

I'm unsure about what you mean with "tried doing it manually"? What exactly did you do? Does it mean you set the USB mode in the original firmware to "Rhapsody" and just copied over the files in a file browser like "Windows Explorer"? We cannot see what you do and I don't want to jump to possibly wrong conclusions. If you want us to help you please give as many and as clear details as you can.

Sorry for all this confusion it is just a little hard to explain all this at once.
When I said 'tried' I meant I got the music over no problem but they don't show up in the rockbox directory.
Also when I used WMP to transfer the music over I didn't know what mode it was in I just know that it is on my player. (but rockbox isn't showing it as in there.) Hope this helped out some, and thanks for all the replies.

Why should they be in the ".rockbox" directory?  That's not a recommended place to store your media.

You say you got the music over with no problem.  What is the path to one of these songs?

means.  As pixelma said

We really do need details.

Sorry for that, I missed that one, anyways I put the music in this directory...
SANSA E260R (H:) -> Music -> *artist name* -> *album*
(all folders past the music folders are hidden including the music folder itself, if that means anything.)
Hopefully that helped out some.

It sounds like you are making the following set of statements:

1) I have written files to /Music/[Artist]/[Album]/ and they are visible in my PC's file manager.

2) I have set View Files to "All" in Rockbox.

3) No files are visible at the correct path from within Rockbox.

Curiouser and curiouser...

Can you possibly do a screenshot from your PC's file browser and a corresponding one from the Sansa (http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/ScreenDump). Convert to PNG before posting to the forum

Make sure that you have set the following settings on the Sansa (http://download.rockbox.org/manual/rockbox-sansae200/rockbox-buildch7.html#x10-1160007.3):
Show Files: All
Show Path: Full Path

I am not sure what 'part' you would like me to take a picture of in the file browser, like the directory you want it to be in. All the others I can do . . .
* config.cfg (0.53 kB - downloaded 117 times.)

* dump 081003-154619.png (3.01 kB, 176x220 - viewed 221 times.)
