If you use Windows Media Player and "sync" your music, your player has to be in MTP mode, or "Plays For Sure" I think it's called on the e200R. Music copied over in this mode will not be found by the Rockbox database (and is very very hidden if you want to find it in the file browser).
I'm unsure about what you mean with "tried doing it manually"? What exactly did you do? Does it mean you set the USB mode in the original firmware to "Rhapsody" and just copied over the files in a file browser like "Windows Explorer"? We cannot see what you do and I don't want to jump to possibly wrong conclusions. If you want us to help you please give as many and as clear details as you can.

Sorry for all this confusion it is just a little hard to explain all this at once.
When I said 'tried' I meant I got the music over no problem but they don't show up in the rockbox directory.
Also when I used WMP to transfer the music over I didn't know what mode it was in I just know that it is on my player. (but rockbox isn't showing it as in there.) Hope this helped out some, and thanks for all the replies.
Chronon:
Why should they be in the ".rockbox" directory? That's not a recommended place to store your media.
You say you got the music over with no problem. What is the path to one of these songs?

Also, you still haven't explained what

means. As pixelma said

We really do need details.

Sorry for that, I missed that one, anyways I put the music in this directory...
SANSA E260R (H:) -> Music -> *artist name* -> *album*
(all folders past the music folders are hidden including the music folder itself, if that means anything.)
Hopefully that helped out some.
