Can I record more than 3 hours with Sansa C240 memory allow

Make a folder on the micro SD card, highlight it in the file browser, and bring up the context menu (hold down the Select button).

Scroll down to the bottom of the list that comes up and select "Set As Recording Directory". Recordings will go into that folder from now on.

I can report now that RockBox is working beautifully. One thing though, is there a way to set the recording gain to be automatic? Because in a meeting it would be difficult to adjust the gain control to suite each person's voice level.

Rockbox offers AGC on players that have sufficiently small steps for the gain setting. No idea if it is enabled for sansa...

edit: just checked on the sansa of a coworker, the steps are 1.5dB which is too much.

If you build your own copy of rockbox you can enable it for yourself to try by defining HAVE_AGC in the config_xxx.h file
