Then please do so. You again haven't answered my question how you installed Rockbox ... (which is an important question right now ...)

I have installed using the USB link between pc and ipod.
I extracted the zip directly in the unit and then I launched on pc the ipodpatcher.

Why didn't you use Rockbox Utility, as suggested in the manual? Please try it, and use the autodetection button in the settings dialog to detect your player.

archeopterix:
But now the Player has not seen USB noesn't work, perhaps because the drive yhere is no long.
