I have an e260 (i have two)

Several problems.
1. Neither will format completely.


One i went in and manually removed the music. It is empty but still saying i have 2.5 on it??

I have downloaded and i believe installed rockbox in one, but it will not download to the other one?

Any ideas on what to do?

Are they v1 or v2?

One at least must be v1 if you have rockbox installed - I suspect the other is not.  Check the version of the Sansa firmware - 1.xx.xx is v1, 3.xx.xx is v2 - Rockbox only works on v1.

Why are you trying to format them?

My daughter's would freeze, not turn off.

Mine thought i would start from scratch with new tunes.
