Can not connect via USB
« on: September 13, 2008, 05:45:03 AM »
I have a Recorder 20 / USB 2.0. I replaced a dying 40 gig with a 100 gig hard drive. I'm running the lateset version of rockbox. After replacing the hard drive, I'm not able to transfer music via USB. The Archos shows that it's connected, but it does not show up in drive management nor does it show as a device in "Safely remove hardware." This happens on XP and Vista. If I put the hard drive into an external enclosure, it works fine. I installed rockbox and some music using an external enclosure and put the hard drive back in the Archos. Rockbox loads and I can play the files fine. I don't want to have to pull the hard dive everytime I add files.

Help...

Thanks in Advance,
Minh
