Auto-boot to official?
« on: September 02, 2008, 06:49:44 PM »
I have rockbox installed on my Sansa e250 and love it.

I was wondering, however, if there was a way to use the rockbox bootloader to AUTO-boot into official firmware, and have it so I hold in "left" to boot into Rockbox?

If not already supported, I'd like to request it :D

Thanks in advanced!

There is no way to do this without an unofficially modified bootloader, and we don't plan on adding support for this feature. The intent of Rockbox is to be a replacement, and things are optimized toward this end.
