sansapatcher not seeing my e250r 1.0.2.165

Hi,
I followed the installation instructions given here: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200RInstallation.

Step 4  "Original Sansa bootloader patching" worked fine and got the manufacture drivers installed on my windows computer.

When I get to Step 6 and try to run the sansapatcher I get the following err(s):

sansapatcher v0.3 with v2 bootloader - (C) Dave Chapman 2006-2007

How can I get the patcher to work with my Sans E250R using version 1.0.2.165?

The instructions say to use e200rpatcher, so I'd try that instead of e200patcher.

you were correct my bad.  I really appreciate your help.  Also, I had to change my firmware.
