H120: looking for old Rockbox manual
« on: September 01, 2008, 12:15:36 PM »
Hi all,

I have two H120 players with the r14742M-070918 software, but I don't have that specific Rockbox manual. I know most of the functions, but sometimes I needed specific info's, different from what reported in other manuals I have.

In the two players I have done the RTC mod, very useful when recording, and I encountered difficulties in patching. That version have all I need, then I don't want to update it.

Where can I find the r14742M-070918 manual? Does someone of you have it?

Thanks,
Gianluca

I think you'd have to check that revision of the manual out of SVN and then build it with Latex.

why do you need that exact version of the manual? It's always been behind a bit, and if there are changes you could just ignore them. Besides, there haven't been too drastic changes to Rockbox recently anyway.

That's right but today, i.e., I was looking for the record directory change. In my software it is different from the location reported in the manual I have.

Usually I don't change the directory, but my father has done something wrong and I have had to restore it. His H120 is a gift from me and he still hasn't learnt how to use it thoroughly.
