compiler?

hi,
can anybody tell me where to get a compiler for the h120/140?

I just downloaded the source of rockbox, and wanna make some adjustments to some of its plugins (nothing fanzy)
but I need to compile the code before using it...
and I didnt find anything about a compiler anywhere....
so I hoped u guys could help
