Silly idea "dying battery effect"
« on: August 29, 2008, 09:16:53 PM »
I remember the old times when the batteries on the walkman were dying and the cassette started to sound slower. Sometimes it was annoying but sometimes it produced some killer effects and songs sounded really strange.

So if anybody that programs effects for new versions has a lot of spare time, could try this one. Just an idea.

You could adjust the pitch lower to slow the song down a bit and get the same effect if you wanted, though it wouldn't automatically slow down or speed up like dying batteries might...

Lol, that could be fun
Just like the volume goes down when you turn it off, I suppose one could also slow the speed down...
