Sansa e260r i installed rock box and it turns to a blank screen!

ok now when i try to boot it up it says

That is terribly unhelpful.  Please explain what you did.

I coppied the PP5022.mi4 file to the 16MB format i drive and then disconnected it and turned it on and it says

Load main image failed
Switch to Recovery mode

Did you verify that you have the right PP5022.mi4 file?  The one for the Rhapsody model?  Are you sure that you have a Rhapsody model?  Did you try also adding a "sansa.fmt" file as described?  Was a "updating firmware" or similar message displayed?
