404 download error

I just installed rockbox through the utility program, but when i try to auto-install it i get a download error : Page 404 not found.
Then when i turn my ipod on it says that it cant find rockbox.
can anyone help me please?

1) Any DRM-encumbered songs will not work in Rockbox.

2) Read the manual. (On the iPods, hold PLAY to power off)

I started a asteroidlike-game and now it froze.

it doesnt quit when i press the buttons and pluging it into my pc doesn't work either.
any suggestions? :p
