sansa e260r isn't reconized by rock box

My Sansa e260r isn't reconized by rock box i press complete installation and it says sansa is not found. I have it in the right mode and everything and dont have sansa updater installedjavascript:replaceText('%20???',%20document.forms.postmodify.message);

Rockbox Utility doesn't support bootloader installation on the e200r. This is due to the fact that the bootloader installation is completely different on those models and this is also noted on the RockboxUtility wiki page.

You need to follow the manual bootloader installation instructions in the wiki. If you have the bootloader installed you can install all other parts using Rockbox Utility.
