Using Rhapsody after installing on e250(r)

Probably in the wrong place, sorry!

I have been able to successfully install Rockbox on a e250 (supposed to be R but they switch it).
Originally was able to transfer songs to the device with Rhapsody but now I cant.  I noticed that when the Sansa firmware was on the device was using MSTC as the player shows up.  After install and plugged in, the Sansa firmware starts but it looks like its using MSC mode as i can see the drives not the player.

Help?

I'm confused by exactly what you're asking.

MTP mode shows "the player", MSC mode shows it as drives.

But this isn't a question about Rockbox at all (we don't have USB modes on this player) nor is it a question about how to install Rockbox.
