rockbox problems
(1/1)
whatnow992:
so i had rockbox on my first gen ipod nano for some time, then one day when i turned it on, it went to the original ipod firmware, which was fine with me, i was getting kind of bored of rockbox. that went on fine for a while, until today when i noticed i couldnt turn the ipod off at all, holding the play/pause button wasnt working. so i decided to hit center select + MENU and it came up with this rockbox error message, which was strange b/c it hasnt used rockbox for a long time. it says cannot locate some rockbox file, press select+menu to reboot, select+play to enter disk mode...etc...I tried rebooting several times, didnt work, tried disk mode, connecting to my computer...still no success. my question is, how do i completely remove rockbox from my ipod so i dont get this message, and so it can actually boot up?
Llorean:
Uninstall the bootloader from disk mode, as per the directions in the manual.
