Video on Iaudio x5 doesn't seem to work right.

Everytime I try to load a video on my iaudio x5 it shows only the left top corner of the video (the other parts of the clip is cropped), it happens on every video I play.
how can I fix it?

Make sure the video is scaled down to the appropriate resolution (160x128 pixels).  You can probably rescale it to the right size when you convert it to the right format.
