Sleep mode?

Im using an ipod video 5.5g 30 gig

Quite often i go to sleep with my headphones in, and wake up to a dead battery. Is there a function i can have my ipod turn off after X minutes?

If not, i would greatly appreciate this function being included


Oh, and before the standard "use the search" comments, i did, found

From the main menu, go to "System" and then "Sleep Timer".
You forgot one thing: before searching, make sure you've read the manual
