On a somewhat similar note to the OP's original request, I'd like to see support for the GSF (Game Boy Advance Sound) format. I understand it's similar to PSF (Playstation Sound); and ultimately it seems like a decent tracker-ish format.

I stuck an entry for the format on the Wiki a while back (SoundCodecs) if anyone wants more information.

Chronon:
I split the topic as several posts referred to a codec failure for the FLAC codec, not this feature idea.
