ok so i can get to about step 5.3 on the SansaE200RInstallation instructions but when ever i get to start changing the driver i get to the end of installation and then it says, and i quote, "The wizard could not find a better match for your hardware then the software you currently have installed." So im thinking i screwed up some were in the installation, but i could be wrong so PLEASE help.

Are you following the steps exactly?


--- Quote ---Select "No, not this time", then "Install from a list or specific location", and then "Search for the best driver in these locations" and click the "Include this location in the search" box. Now use the Browse button select the location of the drivers and click OK.

Does one of these messages not appear?  Are you running Windows XP?

yes,i am fallowing the steps exactly, but im not getting anything that gives me a yes or no option for step 5.3, and yes im running XP.

Are you selecting "Update Driver"?  There may also be an option called "Uninstall driver" that could be useful.
