e200R Database refresh
« on: August 04, 2008, 10:21:26 PM »
I know that the latest e200 v4 bootloader cancels the database refresh when it boots in to the sansa firmware.
However I rockboxed a e200R for a friend and it does not bypass the database refresh, also v4 for the e200r bootloader.
The directions on how to make the database be bypassed on a e200 are here http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaFAQ#Can_I_disable_the_Sansa_e200_fir
but it  does not specify e200r and the sansapatcher is only for e200 not the R.
Has this not be done for the e200rpatcher v4?
Or is there another way.

Thanks.
