Really strange problem
« on: August 04, 2008, 12:49:21 AM »
Hello guys!
I was about six months without updating my build, but after i made it, none of my songs(all in mp3) are playing, all that i see on WPS is the file name, (no artist) and (no album). What is happening?

EDIT: forgot to mention, the build i used is r18186 for ipod nano.
(sorry for the grammar problems)

Sounds to me like the upgrade you did didn't take properly. Either you didn't extract the zip properly, the zip itself was corrupt, or perhaps there wasn't enough space left on your Nano to fully extract it.

Of you have a WPS that pre-dates the extensive recent changes and it is being rejected by the parser - try selecting the the cabbie2 theme for starters...

Edit: Ignore me - I should wake up before commenting (and it was lunch time ;-)

That wouldn't stop the music playing though...

You're right - I don't know how I missed that - sorry, I just saw the bit about only seeing the filename

Well.....i tried to re-unzip the build that was not working....no changes, tried with the recent build...same....my nano only worked with a downgraded build. I don't believe that the problem would be disk space 'cause I always leave 100MB for pendrive use.
