Can someone please update the JBlackglass theme for Ipod 4G/Photo

The theme works but you need to install the patch thing that comes with it and the thing is the patch downgrades the rockbox version and removes some features. I personally like this theme the best and would love it if someone could update it so it works with the latest version of rockbox for the Ipod Photo/Color.

Contact the author, ask him to re-release his theme under a permissive license (cc-by-sa maybe). i'll do it then.
