iPod Nano stuck

Hey
I went to charge my iPod this morning after i turned my ipod running rockbox.I went away to do something and came back to find the iPod froze at the apple screen , this is the 2nd time it happened to me.Ive been holding Select + Menu for ages but no apple logo.. Please help

Try switching the Hold switch on then off. Then hold Menu + Select until it forces a hard reset. Make sure your fingers don't move. while you hold the buttons.

Tried that still doesn't work:'( , which makes me wonder , previously this happened in the exact same way and i got it in for repairs.It took a while to get it back .. So would that mean , to fix my iPod , i will have to hold reset for a long time?

If you really really can't make it work - the alternative is to open it, disconnect the battery, and the reconnect it.

The battery isn't soldered - it's on a ribbon connector.

Wow: D , after nearly breaking my ipod , i opened it and unplugged the ribbon connector and repluged it , yay it works now : D thank you so much GodEater (Y)
