New theme for iPod Video: "iPhoneLike" WPS copyright question

Based off the iPodWidgets theme with the iPhone as the obvious inspiration, I've completed a new WPS using viewports that is compatible with daily builds, which I've called "iPhoneLike".  Before I post it on the Wiki I thought I'd ask whether the obvious similarity to the iPhone would lead to the famous message "removed for copyright reasons" eventually being placed where my theme once was.  Should I go ahead and post it and risk it being removed, forget the Wiki and post it on Rockbox-themes.org (though I prefer the Wiki), or change it?  Advice or thoughts regarding the theme are appreciated.  Thanks!

As long as the images are original, I don't see any infringement.  I personally like it and can't wait to use it.  That's 200x200 album art, isn't it?

That's awesome you guys, thanks.  Nice to be remembered, and I also miss my X5 days! 

I'll be posting the new theme up tonight, and also may post a couple more pretty soon.

Thank you MrMEC.  Very nice.  This is now my favorite WPS.  Kudos!  I really like the way the album art is centered.  The colors of the icons really set the whole screen off.  Keep up the good work!
