sansapatcher not working

I'm trying to install on an e260R, I went through the special instructions for the R, and got everything up to running sansapatcher.  when I try to run sansapatcher, it says it can't find my device.

sansapatcher doesn't work on the R series.  You need to use e200rpatcher.  See the install directions for more info.
